the
projects

Each year Cliff commits to a few projects and productions. Some of these take place in local congregation meetings, some are at special events like retreats and revival meetings, and some simply are put out to the street in community street fairs. All are engaging and participatory in style while delivering a clear message of "the good news".

the
Vacation
Bible
School 2006

project

The summer of 2006 we launched a new group of vibrant youth into their music ministry and created: TOBEY band

The Olive Branch Easy Youth, TOBEY, consists of four vibrant individuals and the Village Church Junior Choir, who are known for their easy character: free from constraint, leisurely, at ease, untroubled, unembarrassed, spontaneous, commodious, well-to-do, prosperous, equable, moderate, secure, hospitable, forthright, and down right fun!

Take a moment to check out these vibrant youth, and please consider directing your time, prayer and financial support to this project. Cliff is praying that a fathers club will form and become an important influence and support for the youth in TOBEY bandevents.

Cliff continues to participate and meet at MCAS Miramar along with his worship partner, retired Chaplain Richard Ross. Please take a moment to consider this ministry endeavor while watching the following video clip:

Enduring Freedom
"The Opening Chapter"

The GoCliff music ministry is dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice required to protect our freedom... and to those who continue to do so.

the
CELEBRATION
project

Since February 2005, Cliff has been assisting the Northminster Presbyterian Church in Clairemont (San Diego), creating a worship band for the new "Celebration Worship" service.

After six months of practice and having delivered 24 worship services todate, the band moves out of the Santuary and visits the Clairmont Family Days outdoor celebration.

the
IMPERIL: A Time Without Heros
project

New Year 2006: Cliff launches into producing a sampler CD for the Northminster Presbyterian celebration band called CrossRoads. The sampler CD will be used to promote the band into community events and prayerfully into the House of Blues gospel Sunday brunch event. A new computer based digital recording system using Presonus FirePod modules will be deployed on this project.

the
DEVIN
project

This lO year old native San Diegan showed signs of God's calling on her life at age 3. This was evident in her presentation " I LOVE GOD." At age 4 she began singing in the Children's Performance Choir at Mission Valley Christian Fellowship.

After accepting Jesus into her heart at age 7, the Lord continued to create singing opportunities, as she's performed at Sporting Events, Del Mar Fair, Funerals, School functions, and more. She is currently singing in the Adult Choir at The Rock San Diego and working on her first CD, "The Seven Spirits & God's Thorn." Please pray the Lord would use her to reveal himself to others through her music.

the
EFFEKTIV
project

Everyone should see this video clip. Only then will you realize the great blessing it was for us to serve worship music and the gospel of Jesus Christ to these fine men and women who keep our religious freedom in this nation.

This ministry project was launched 02-Nov-03. It is hard to believe that six months have already passed in doing this ministry and the project has come to its end. On behalf of all the Christian musicians that helped Cliff deliver these worship services, we say THANK YOU for the privilege and honor to serve.

You can see photos of Cliff and the band having worship and read about the project by going to The Project Archives!

Acting

Thank you, everyone, who helped us share in word and song, God's message:

"CHRIST, the Jewish Messiah; He died for our sin, He rose, and He lives. Believe on the LORD JESUS CHRIST and you will be saved!"

Your generous prayer and financial support make possible these bold missions; because in Christ Jesus...

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

Now, listen to some of the music that was prepared for the September 2004 mission. Cliff creates the MIDI sequences for these songs which were written by Wayne and Libby Huirua, Chris and Mark de Jong, Vernon Katipa, Christine Ngatai, Louis Collins, Richard Knott, Mark Naea, and James Sampson. Cliff does the song arrangements for the backup band using the MIDI system. The musican vocalists sent on the mission then play their instruments and sing along with the backup band made by the MIDI system to create what you hear. The MIDI system also controls all the video projections.

Everything moved forward with much prayer and preparation in San Diego.

1st MISSION TO SPAIN: Winter 2004
project

Special thanks by video clip to everyone who sent Cliff with the Guitar gift for the ministry in Torremolinos, Spain. Click on the picture of Danielle Grandjean, worship leader in the church at Torremolinos, to watch her play the gift you sent. You can also see Pastor Kurt Kettner practicing on the same guitar in the second picture below.

He Reigned in Spain
By Pamela Shattuck

Photo from right; Kurt Kettner-Borough, Pastor of Grace Church in San Diego; myself, Pamela Shattuck, Missionary; and Cliff Taylor-Fleischbein, Worship Leader and computer tech extraordinaire. A Gideon's army from three hundred to three? Father opened the door to Spain and the dos amigos y un amiga traversed the airways to Malaga, 3/24 - 4/6. The schedule was in a constant state of flux as weather and other factors moved or postponed appointments. However, reaching and helping others in the name of Jesus Christ was paramount and fulfilled on a daily basis; Kurt gave the message on Sunday in Torremolinos, Cliff repaired and improved an office full of computer systems for IIBeT (a training facility for missionary outreach to the Muslim community in several countries founded by Don McCurry and located in Granada) and I was blessed with the opportunity to worship through the giving of "The Heritage", a drama monologue, on Palm Sunday. Street ministry and seeing The Passion of the Christ with the church congregation were additional highlights. The Holy Spirit filled our lives daily. In all our travels, a roof was always over our heads be it a hostel with a bathroom the size of a phone booth, to commune dorm style accommodations, to a dilapidated house slated for demolition. It goes without saying the one night in a hotel was greatly appreciated! Stay tuned... the Lord is not through with this work.
